Lady Slipper says "I .... Do"

Lady Slipper,

This Morning I was really happy to see you participate so much when I did your music time with you.  We are focusing on Nephi being obedient and how sad Nephi was when his brothers  would not help him build the ship and then how happy he was when they said "I'm Sorry" and helped him.  You were very excited to make a happy face when Nephi was happy and to yell out "I Sowwy!"  When we talked about Laman and Lemuel saying they were sorry just like you did in your nursery lesson last Sunday.

I was really happy when you were so excited to do the music with me.  You swung your elbows energetically to the beat and yelled out "I!"  (pause) " Do!" loudly when we sang the chorus to "Nephi's Courage." Your sister said "It sounds like she's getting married." You also did your cute little hand signs as we did our scripture song 1 Nephi 3:7 (trying to copy my solfege hand signs.

Thank you for being so excited and helpful. I worked hard to plan (Mom and me Music lesson 1) ways to teach you the songs and the scripture stories and it is so encouraging on day's like today when I can tell you are happy we are singing and playing together.
