Simplified 1 Nephi 3:7 Song

This is our composition!
1) the red lines indicate the beat
2)  the purple notations indicate the rhythm (eighth notes and quarter notes)
 3) then we added the solfege (Mi, So and La are the only tones used for this beginning level)
4) Finally, we decided on the downbeat to figure out the time signature 4/4, added barlines, and realized we needed to add the rests at the beginning because this song starts with an upbeat.  It is amazing what we accomplish in just a few minutes a day.
